Puppy 'Uno' is here!!!!!!!!!! We think it's a male - blue merle! He is absolutely beautiful!
stay posted, pictures to come when we're all done!
Scarlett is being 100% AMAZING!
10:37PM UPDATE ::
So far this is what we think we have
Uno- Male Blue Merle
Dos- Male Red Merle
Tres- Female Red Tri
They are all nursing right now. All of them are very healthy and Mama is doing a great job is doing the natural work herself. We're a little less than 30min between puppies right now. Scarlett will at least be having another one - she's still panting.She's licking pretty good right now, so another one should be on the way in just a few minutes possibly. :D I am taking TONS of pictures and so far there is a video of each puppy for all you families :). Here's a sneak peak for all of you -
1:15am UPDATE ::
We are at 9 puppies right now. Lots of merles and lots of males. Scarlett was doing about a puppy every 15-20 min for a little while (talk about hectic!). We are not to sure on colors of some of the last couple just yet because they haven't fully eaten and aren't fully dry yet but here's what we believe we have ::
1-Uno - 9:35pm              blue merle        male

9- Nueve- 12:54am blue merle male
2:00am UPDATE ::
TWO more puppies just arrived! We are at double digits now...crazy. Scarlett is pretty exhausted to say the least right now. She nearly falling asleep between pups. Each new puppy since a few back has been a real surprise (aussie's don't normally have this large of a litter). Without notice we'll all a sudden see a new arrival to add the the bunch. It's been so long since the first few were born that they are now going in for seconds while the new ones are just trying to wiggle to find a nipple.
We are both pretty tired as well. Tony has to work tomorrow (or today should I say), I think I'm going to bump my class back but still have to take care of a toddler, 2 dogs, and 11 puppies. Yikes.
10- Diez 1:27am blue merle male
11- Once- 1:48am black or red tri male
Tony and I are starting sleeping shifts here soon so probably no more updates until morning or afternoon. Please pray or keep us in your thoughts, now is the hard part for us.
